what does my company need to provide?
So that you can make the most of our services, we will create a relaxing sanctuary in your office for a full day. All we need you to provide is a small, private, lockable room with lighting and power.
We want to make sure we use the time well so internal promotion via your company intranet, internal mail and posters is advised. Depending on advance bookings, we may also ask to put up a free standing mobile banner to remind your employees that we are there that day.
How much are treatments?
The cost to the end customer differs between customers because different companies subsidise different percentages of the cost of treatments.

How much do you charge companies?
We offer companies a “from free” service meaning that at the very basic level, we will come to your office for free and your employees pay for their own treatments either on the day or in advance online. Some companies like to subsidise treatments meaning that the company pays for part, or all of the cost of treatments. If this is the case, we will invoice the company with an itemised list of treatments at the end of, or soon after the day we have spent on site.
Do I need to prepare for my treatments in advance?
For certain treatments you may be asked to fill in a form which we will provide to you at your first appointment. Certain treatments require a patch test 24 hours in advance and other treatments require a consultation before the treatments begin to make sure we are in agreement about exactly what it is you want to achieve. All of this information is available on the list of treatments however please do feel free to contact us with any specific concerns or questions.
how often will you come to our office?
We can come to your office as often as you like! We prefer to have a full day of bookings to make sure everyone’s time is used well, so our on-site days are usually at least 2 weeks apart, most often they are monthly.
It’s usually a fantastic idea to book us for 2 days in a row if you have a Company Party or other event coming up so that we can make sure everyone gets the opportunity to get the party-prep treatments they want.
